I have had the privilege of knowing David Dugas professionally for many years. Ever since I met him, I’ve known him to be a motivated, honest person with a personal desire to put buyers first. So, when it came time to buy a house, Mr. Dugas was the first person I thought of to call. Knowing nothing about purchasing a home personally, David explained the process to me clearly and precisely- answering every question I had with his vast knowledge of all facets of the business. David led me through the steps of securing a loan, searching for a home and handling every detail. He was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and had a personal interest in seeing that every step of the purchase went smoothly and always answered my questions in a timely, understandable manner. David takes pride in seeing that his clients are happy- they always come first with him. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new home and it wouldn’t have happened without David’s knowledge of real estate and his self-sacrifice to make things work for the customer.

I have friends who have used other realtors and no one I know of makes things happen like Mr. Dugas. He has a passion for what he does and makes things happen where others cannot. I highly recommend David for anyone thinking of buying a home. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.
